And so it begins....

After many years of futile resistance, I've finally caved in.  Here it is:  my first blog post. 

I'm not entirely sure where I'm going with this blog yet.  Partly as an *advanced publicity machine* for my many writing projects.   Partly as a sounding board for artistic and other kinds of ideas.  Partly as a cerebral dump truck
